I am working on my plant-based nutrition certification from Dr. Fuhrman’s Nutritarian Education Institute and planning to incorporate Ayurvedic principles from the Chopra Center certification to this powerful system of eating for the highest nutrient density.

I will also incorporate principles from Will Tuttle’s World Peace Diet Mastery Program.
